Thank you for participating and using our Services, either directly provided by BNCMC Network either provided by BlogStream, a brand owned by BNCMC Network Ltd, a legal entity (the “Firm”) registered under Registrar of Companies in Cyprus.

We are obliged to inform you that by using our Services, you are accepting and agreeing to the terms set below.  Where needed, additional terms are enclosed and become a contractual part of this set of terms that constitute eventually an agreement. Therefore, we urge you to read them carefully.

Use of Services

The use of our Services assume that you do not misuse nor gives you ownership of any intellectual property rights in our Services or content you may access.  You are not allowed to use any content from our Services unless you obtain written permission from the Firm.  The terms do not give you the right to use any branding nor logos or remove, obscure or alter any legal notices displayed in or along with our Services.

Where we display other entities content, it is the sole responsibility of the involved entities that make the content available.  As firm we review and restrict illegal or something that violates our policies or any law.

Our Services may assume that is required to communicate with you and may send you, either by email or other means available, service announcements, administrative messages or other information and you are allowed to opt out from such communications.

Use of Account

Whereas the Firm decides its best to allow you to create a personal account in our systems so as to provide you with additional features up on our Services, additional terms may apply that constitute part of this agreement.  In such case, the Firm is liable to protect your account by providing you with password credentials that you are obliged to keep strictly confidential for your own privacy.  The Firm holds you responsible for any activity happens in such account and urge you to keep your credentials, username and password, strictly for your own use, privacy and in safe place.

Privacy and Copyright Protection

The Firm appreciates your privacy and considers any personal data provided within our Services as strictly confidential and private accompanied with non-disclosure clause unless any legal conditions apply.  The Firm acknowledges that you trust us with your personal information and we want you to provide and submit to us such information restricted as minimum as possible, just enough to conduct and enforce the Service you want to receive from us.  You acknowledge that the Firm to provide the required Service needs to collect from you such information so as to conduct that Service.

The information that may be required to submit may involve, name and surname, email, location, gender but these are not exhaustive.  The Firm does not use cookies or similar technologies and whereas this status change, we appreciate your privacy and you are to be acknowledged promptly so as to verify acceptance or rejection of allowing us using such technology.

For any information you trust to the Firm, you are eligible to request and review that information kept for providing appropriate Services and be able to edit and adjust accordingly.

Security of Information

The Firm is dedicated to provide a secure environment so as to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of any information we hold or retain under third parties hosting service.  We place controls so as to restrict unauthorized access by someone to any personal information the Firm possess, as provider either of Services, an Employer, an Affiliate or an Associate.  All parties under their individual substance are bind under strict contractual confidentiality rules and obligations.  Either party is disciplined or relevant contract is immediately terminated where parties fail to meet these obligations.

Under our self-regulatory framework, we may review our Privacy Policy compliance and revise accordingly under local, European or international frameworks that apply.  Any future change is to be made without affecting any of your rights under this Privacy Policy unless your explicit consent is required.
